Explore the sunny southern Carinthian region around Lake Klopein in the Carinthian cycling autumn on this enjoyable cycling tour. You will stay in a comfortable cycling hotel and take leisurely day trips by bike as you please, according to our tour suggestions. The excellent Drava cycle path is almost right on your doorstep, and you can cycle to the beautiful Rosental and the huge Völkermarkt reservoir, for example. We also recommend a bike tour around the neighboring lakes, followed by a refreshing swim in the warmest bathing lake in Europe or in the new bathhouse.

Klopeiner See - Völkermarkt - Lavamünd, 25 - 80 km

The beautiful Drava cycle path is almost on your doorstep and you shouldn't miss it. Depending on your mood and fitness, you can cycle along the huge Völkermarkt reservoir to Völkermarkt, Ruden, Neuhaus or Lavamünd. You cross the Santa Luzia suspension bridge to Neuhaus, where the extraordinary Liaunig art museum is worth a visit.

Klopeiner See - Ferlach, 70 km (there and back)

The Drau cycle path also attracts with its charms upstream (without noticeable inclines). Through the natural, enchanting Rosental you reach Ferlach, the city of the famous gunsmiths. Here you have the opportunity to visit the unique hunting museum in Ferlach Castle.
