Explore the sunny region of Southern Carinthia around Lake Klopein on this delightful cycling tour during the Carinthian cycling season in autumn. You'll stay in a comfortable cycling hotel and, following our suggested routes, enjoy leisurely day trips by bike at your leisure. The excellent Drava Cycle Path is practically on your doorstep, allowing you to cycle, for example, into the beautiful Rosental Valley and to the vast Völkermarkt Reservoir. We also highly recommend a bike tour around the neighboring lakes, followed by a swim in one of Europe's warmest bathing lakes or in the new indoor swimming pool.

Klopeiner See - Völkermarkt - Neuhaus, 80 km
The beautiful Drau Cycle Path is practically on your doorstep and you shouldn't miss it. Depending on your mood and fitness level, you can cycle along the vast Völkermarkt Reservoir to Völkermarkt, or as far as Ruden or Neuhaus. In Neuhaus, which you reach via the Santa Luzia suspension bridge, the extraordinary Liaunig Art Museum is well worth a visit.

Klopeiner See - Ferlach, 70 km (there and back)
The Drau Cycle Path also beckons with its charms when cycling upstream, without any noticeable inclines. Through the unspoiled, enchanting Rosental valley, you reach Ferlach, the town of gunsmiths. Here, you have the opportunity to visit the unique hunting museum in Ferlach Castle.
