You start your bike tour on the beautiful Drau cycle path with a wonderful view of the Lienz Dolomites. The Aguntum Roman Museum is located on the outskirts of Lienz. In Dellach you can stop at a bathing bay on the Drau or take a short hike into the beautiful Geißlochklamm. The route continues partly along the river bank and partly a little further away through small villages to Sachsenburg.

We continue along the Drau cycle path, mostly along the natural river bank. In Spittal an der Drau you should take time to visit the city; the Renaissance Porcia Castle is particularly worth a visit. Halfway along the route, in Feistritz, you have the opportunity to take a refreshing break at a beautiful snack station with its own fruit press. When you arrive in Villach, the town center with its cafés and shops invites you to stroll.

Today we have a varied day trip to the deep green Ossiacher See on the agenda. There are lots of sights and attractions while cycling around the Ossiacher See cycle path: Ossiach Abbey, the Bleistätter Moor nature reserve, numerous beach resorts, the Landskron castle ruins, named Austria's most beautiful place in 2023, liners and much more. Overnight stay in Villach.

Today you will cycle along the Drau cycle path to the largest and most famous bathing lake in Carinthia, the turquoise Wörthersee. Take a break in the popular seaside resort of Velden, stroll along the beach promenade between the casino and Velden Castle and enjoy a drink. The Wörthersee cycle path takes you via Pörtschach past inviting beach resorts to Krumpendorf and Klagenfurt.

After breakfast, individual departure or booked return transfer to Lienz. If you still have a little time, we recommend visiting the nearby Carinthian capital Klagenfurt.
